ASSEMBLY
Thread a long orange yarn tail onto the embroidery needle. Insert the needle into the center of the MC of the “house” piece (yellow), leaving the yarn tail free. Divide the circle into 8 equal sections, and pull the yarn tight each time. At the end, tie the yarn tails into a knot, trim them, and hide them inside the “house.”
Attach a button on top (where the knot is) as the snail’s shell.
Bend the “body” piece (orange) into a curve, fitting it onto the “house.”
Mark the spots for the eyes and attach the antennae.
Glue the safety eyes in place.
Embroider the mouth, eyebrows, and eyelashes with embroidery floss.
Sew the “house” to the “body” with an invisible stitch using orange yarn.
Decorate with a bow, and your snail is complete!
To place the snail in a garden or flowerpot, you can use a wooden skewer or toothpick as support.
